Privacy notice

Last updated: October 21, 2026. This notice explains what Andrew Ring ("we") collects through dublinohtreeremoval.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email, address or area, and the details you type into the quote form.
• Basic site analytics: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type and how you found the site. We use privacy-friendly analytics and don't sell this data.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to one independent local contractor who serves your area, to confirm that a lead was delivered (contractors pay us for referrals), and to improve the site. We don't sell your information to data brokers or to multiple contractors, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

• The single contractor we refer you to, who becomes responsible for how they handle your information.
• Service providers who run the site for us, such as web hosting, the form handler and the call-tracking provider, only as needed to provide their service.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Lead records and call logs are kept for up to 24 months for billing and dispute resolution, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing hello@dublinohtreeremoval.com. You can tell the contractor to stop contacting you at any time, and they must honor it.

Children

This site is meant for adult homeowners and property managers, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
